$200 for 55 min Individual Session

$225 for 60 min Intake Session

$250 for 90 min Hypnotherapy Session

Insurance

I am an Out of Network Provider, which means I am not In Network with Insurance Companies. But if you would like to use your Out of Network Benefits, I can provide you with a receipt, also known as a “superbill”. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services could be partially covered. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Does my plan help cover Out of Network Mental Health Providers?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• What percentage of my sessions are covered?

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
