My Journey
From Overwhelmed
to Empowered
Being a first-generation Latina with Puerto Rican roots, deeply shapes the way I show up in the healing space. I hold reverence for ancestry, culture, resilience, and the stories that live within us. I consider myself to be highly sensitive and a deep feeler. I now view them as my superpowers. Having experienced multiple loss in my life, has allowed me to discover the benefits of healing on a much deeper level that has included therapy, spirituality, physical movement and despite the fear, learning to feel the difficult emotions that are part of the human experience. My approach is integrative, honoring both psychological insight and soulful awareness. I believe healing is not just about surviving what’s happened to us but it’s also about remembering who we truly are beneath it all. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Relational Astrologer and Retreat Facilitator, I provide and value a soulful space where your lived experience is honored across mind, body, spirit, and intuition. Here, we don’t focus on "fixing" you; instead, we gently uncover the true essence of the person you are beneath the layers of trauma, grief and childhood unmet needs. You deserve a healing journey that feels culturally authentic, grounded, and spiritually expansive. Facts about me:
I am a mom of 2 teenage boys and a dog mama of a 5-year-old Havapoo named Kobe (after Kobe Bryant). My kids call me Mom, Mami & Bruh. I grew up in Washington Heights in NYC and spent my summers in Puerto Rico with family. I am a travel baseball mama, I love to journal, listen to music, study astrology and travel.

Why I Do What I Do
Witnessing Transformation Fuels My Purpose
My approach is rooted in depth therapy. We explore where patterns, emotions and relationship dynamics come from and how early emotional patterns continue to shape how you feel, relate, and move through the world today. I draw from Jungian, psychodynamic and existential traditions, which in everyday terms means we pay attention to your inner world, unconscious themes, life experiences and the bigger questions of meaning, identity and purpose. Together we make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface so you can live with more clarity, freedom and authenticity.
I also integrate additional soulful healing practices that offer a comprehensive approach to healing that encompasses the mind, body and soul. I utilize the integration of traditional talk therapy along with mindfulness, heart-centered hypnotherapy, inner child healing and relational astrology. As a culturally affirming therapist, I welcome you to bring in your cultural identity and traditions into our work together.
Most importantly, I focus on building connection, safety and trust with the intention for you to feel seen and heard for who you are during your time with me on this journey.
